Write down 5 short term goals that you would like to achieve through this journey! Setting goals will help you stay focused! Here is an example of 5 short term goals:
1) Drink Half your body weight in ounces of water a day. If you weigh 160lbs, drink 80ounces.
2) Workout/Exercise at least 20-30min a day.
3) Eat 3 servings of green vegetables a day.
4) Drink on green juice or fresh green smoothie a day.
5) Write down the food that you eat every day to be more conscious of what you are eating.
When you take the time to take care of yourself, you will be stronger & more capable of taking care of everyone else! You deserve to be healthy!
