This butt challenge is broken up into six series:
1. Floor It
2. Drop It Like It’s Squat
3. Ballet All Day
4. Step It Up
5. Let’s Get Lateral
6. Kick Into High Gear

The first day of each sequence, you’ll only do one exercise. But on the second day, you’ll do exercises from both Day 1 and Day 2. On Day 3, you’ll do the exercises from Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3. So by Day 5, you’re doing five exercises! 

Several of the exercises from this challenge are also in the www.TheHollywoodTrainerClub.com.  For example Day 1 Shoulder Bridge is from the “Ring The Bell Mat Work” Chapter of the Cardio Kickboxing Workout and the full workout burns 700-1000 calories! Ingredients

  • 1 cup Eggology Organic Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 whole wheat lavash or wrap of your choice
  • 3-5 cups of organic spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of fat free peppered feta cheese
  • 3 chopped organic sun-dried tomatoes
  • Organic Olive Oil Cooking Spray 

Instructions

1. Coat the pan with the Olive Oil Cooking Spray

2. Add in the Eggology Organic Liquid Egg Whites with Himalayan Salt and pepper and pan fry on medium heat until egg whites turn solid white then flip until slightly brown

3. Remove the egg whites and sit on a plate to the side

4. Add half a cup of water to the pan and add the spinach and sauté for 1 minute

5. Remove the spinach and drain all of the excess water on a plate to the side

6. Cut a lavash in half and place egg whites, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach on the lavash and fold into a wrap.

7. Put in the toaster oven on medium until the lavash is slightly brown. Remove slice in half, serve with a side salad and enjoy.

These wraps can be stored in the freezer to eat throughout the week.

Take your measurements as soon as possible and re-measure every Friday to monitor your progress. It is important that you do not measure your success by just your body weight but you also take body fat percentages, lean muscle percentage, girth measurements/inches, waistline circumference, positive body image, fitness levels (cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility), health measurements (cholesterol, blood pressure, resting heart rate) and before photos.

Take 4 head to toe before photos: one frontal, one back, one left side and one right side. Wear a sports bra and shorts or workout pants and photograph in the same outfit each week.

2) Body Measurements
Body Weight (Use the same scale every week and measure at the same time of day, wearing the same clothes or no clothes)

Body Fat Percentage (Bathroom scale, handheld device or calipers but use the same every week)

We have listed several tests so you can measure your progress in many areas so you don’t get discouraged if your weight doesn’t instantly change. There are many factors that affect your body weight, like sodium intake which causes bloating, nutrition, hydration/dehydration, body fat percentage, allergies, weight training, menstrual cycle, complex carbohydrates, hormones, medication and much more. That is why it is important to also measure your fitness levels, health parameters & complete body composition because one week you may not lose numbers on the scale but you lose 2 inches around your waist, 1 inch off your thighs and increase your strength to 10 push-ups on your toes!

The success of your journey is much more than just your total body weight. It is important to track your body weight but it is not the only number we want to focus on. We want to make sure you are improving in all areas of health and fitness, including self-love and positive body image, complete mind, body & spirit! It’s important to asses your healthy living journey from a place of love and not a place of criticism. This journey is about finding a healthy living balance, after all this is your life and we want healthy living to be part of your daily routine.

10 Day Holiday Challenge & 5 Healthy Holiday Tips

The holidays are here and it’s time to see the people you love and celebrate all that you’ve accomplished this year. Staying active through the holidays will increase your energy levels, strengthen your immune system putting you at less risk of getting sick and give you a boost of endorphins so you feel less stressed and full of joy. Fa la la la la!

To help you stay active through the holidays we have created the “10 Day Holiday Challenge”! We’ve provided you with 10 Days of workouts and healthy meals to keep you on track. If you’re short on time you can always do 10 to 20mins of the challenge and you will still experience amazing benefits! 1. Make the choice to see the positive in every situation this holiday. Don’t stress over the small stuff. If you look for the bad you will have a bad experience. If you look for the good you will have a good experience. The choice is yours but Santa’s Elves and Jeanette’s Merry Fitness Team encourage you to look for the good!

2. Hydrate! Drink plenty of water before your meal. We tend to eat larger portion sizes when dehydrated.

3. If you’re going out for drinks, order water or iced tea for the first round. By the time you finish, your friends may have already finished two or three cocktails, while you’ve saved yourself 500 to 600 calories. And sometimes you’ll be so into the entertainment of everyone else, you might not even want a drink by then!

4. Make it a family affair. Get active with your family members by doing a fun workout together like Cardio Kickboxing or a fun activity like ice skating or even just a walk around the neighborhood.

5. Eat your veggies first. Don’t dive right into carbs! Start with a green salad followed by protein, and then go for another vegetable. Save a treat-size portion of carbohydrates for last. When you have stuffing or mac ‘n’ cheese, have a half cup or full cup — no more.

1. Increase your calorie output per day/per week/ per year.

Instructions

  1. Coat the pan with Coconut Oil or Olive Oil Non-Stick Cooking Spray 
  2. Scramble the Eggology Organic Liquid Egg Whites with a dash of Himalayan salt and pepper in a pan over medium heat for 3-5mins until solid white
  3. In a large skillet lightly sprayed with Coconut Oil or Olive Oil Non-Stick Cooking Spray, warm each tortilla on both sides. 
  4. Place the tortillas on a flat surface & fill with the ingredients to make your tacos: egg white mixture, fresh pico de gallo, diced avocado, black beans 
  5. Plate with a side salad and enjoy! 
  6. Optional: season with your favorite hot sauce.

Instructions

  1. Mash half of an avocado with a squeeze of lime
  2. Add a dash of Himalayan salt and pepper
  3. Pan fry the Eggologly Liquid Egg Whites in a non-stick pan with Olive Oil Cooking spray
  4. Then toast the piece of bread
  5. Spread the avocado mixture on top of the bread
  6. Then add two to three pieces of arugula
  7. Then the add the cooked Eggologly Liquid Egg Whites to the top with 2 cherry tomatoes

Pesto Zucchini Noodles with Cannellini Beans

Substitute pasta for zucchini noodles and reduce calories, carbohydrates and sugar but still enjoy all the delicious Mediterranean flavors that most of us crave in Italian dishes. Ingredients

  • 4 cups zucchini noodles
  • 15 oz can cannellini beans
  • 12 oz package heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp parmigiano-reggiano cheese
  • 5 oz spinach
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts
  • Himalayan salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 clove chopped garlic and Cannellini beans into a deep skillet , sauté on medium to high heat for 4 minutes. Add heirloom tomatoes and chopped basil continue to sauté for an additional 3 minutes. 
  2. Turn heat down to medium, add spinach, remaining olive oil and garlic into skillet cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. 
  3. Toss zucchini noodles and pine nuts into skillet and continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes. Top with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, salt and pepper to taste. * Optional, add a dash of red crushed peppers if you want an spicer flavor.

  • 1 cup Eggology Liquid Egg Whites
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut in halves
  • 4 leaves of spinach
  • 1 basil leaf, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped purple onion
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • a dash of Himalayan salt
  • a dash of pepper

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Coat a small ovenproof, nonstick skillet with the olive oil and heat the skillet over medium heat and sauté onions for 5 mins.

3. Pour the Eggology Liquid Egg Whites into the skillet, then add tomatoes, basil, spinach, Himalayan salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute, or until the eggs start to set.

4. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese
 
5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the top is golden and puffy.

6. Remove the frittata from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes and serve with a side salad

  • 1 small whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 organic spinach chicken sausage
  • 1/2 oz pepper jack cheese

  • 1 tbsp diced avocado
  • 2 tbsp black beans
  • pepper
  • Himalayan

Instructions

  1. Coat the pan with Coconut Oil or Olive Oil Non-Stick Cooking Spray 
  2. Pan fry the organic spinach chicken sausage for 3 to 5mins and place to the side
  3. Scramble the Eggology Organic Liquid Egg Whites with a dash of Himalayan salt and pepper in a pan over medium heat for 3-5mins until solid white
  4. In a large skillet lightly sprayed with Coconut Oil or Olive Oil Non-Stick Cooking Spray , warm the tortilla on both sides. 
  5. Place the tortilla on a flat surface & mound ingredients: egg white mixture, organic spinach chicken sausage, pepper jack cheese, fresh pico de gallo, diced avocado, black beans 
  6. Roll into a burrito, plate with a side salad and enjoy! 
  • Optional: season with your favorite hot sauce.

These Eggology Egg White Muffins are low in fat, low in sugar and high in protein. A perfect snack to help support your fat burning goals. These are a great source of protein needed for your muscle recovery, hormone production, bones and connective tissue. These Eggology egg white muffins are easy to make, delicious and convenient. They are great mommy savers to save you time when you have to grab some healthy snacks or breakfast for the kids. They are also great for lunch or dinner just add a side salad or some vegetables for a complete meal. These also make a great sandwich just add them onto an english muffin, pita bread or whole wheat bread with some additional tomatoes and lettuce for a delicious sandwich. You can remix this recipe with any of your favorite ingredients that you would typically use for an omelet.   • 6 cups Eggology Egg Whites
  • 1/4 cup Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Red Peppers
  • 1/2 cup Orange Peppers
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes

  • Ground Pepper

Steps:

  • Coat the muffin tins with cooking oil
  • Place all of the chopped veggies in the muffin tin
  • Fill each muffin tin with Eggology Liquid Egg Whites
  • Sprinkle Low Fat Mozzarella  (or parmesan, feta  or you favorite low fat cheese) on top of each muffin
  • Sprinkle on pepper and Himalayan Salt
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30mins

Eggology Strawberry Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Organic Eggology Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • coconut oil cooking spray
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. In a blender blend the rolled oats by themselves for 30seconds until they turn into a powder then add Organic Eggology Liquid Egg Whites, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, water, baking powder and banana 
  2. Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  3. Spray coconut oil onto a pan and bring to medium heat.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of the pancake mixture into the pan for each pancake
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, turn gently, and brown the other side
  6. To serve, top the pancakes with the strawberries and sliced bananas (Optional add 1tablespoon of maple syrup, additional 52 calories)

This healthy meal plan is low in sugar and balanced with protein, healthy carbohydrates and healthy fat to give your body the nutrients needed to function at your best, burn fat and feel great! 

All of the recipes in this meal plan are in The Hollywood Trainer Club. To simplify your meal prepping process, start by just picking two or three of your favorite breakfast lunch and dinner meals to get you through the week. It’s perfectly fine to repeat your favorite meals two or three times in a week. Do what works for you but let’s keep it healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 1/2 cup of Organic Eggology Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1/4 cup of Organic Skim Milk Cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped Orange & Green Peppers
  • 1/4 cup of chopped Onions
  • 2 slices of chopped Organic Turkey Bacon

Instructions

  1. Pan Fry the Chopped Turkey Bacon and remove from pan to the side.
  2. Sautée with water the peppers & onions on medium heat and remove from pan to the side.
  3. Coat pan lightly with coconut oil, set temperature on medium heat and add Eggology Liquid Egg Whites, add the bacon and peppers & onions and cook into either an omelet or scramble then remove from heat.
  4. Coat pan lightly with coconut oil and place tortilla in the pan on low heat, sprinkle half the tortilla with cheese then add the Eggology Egg White mixture, sprinkle more cheese on top then fold the tortilla in half, flip to brown both sides and remove from heat.
  5. Cut and plate the Eggology Egg White Quesadilla with a side of pico de gallo, limes, avocado slices and Non-fat Greek yogurt and Enjoy! So Delicious!

 We are in the final week of our 30 DAY BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE in The Hollywood Trainer Club! The challenge will stay in The Club so it’s never too late to get started. If you weren’t consistent with your workouts during the challenge it’s ok, just log into The Club and give it another try. Every time you do this challenge you will get better and we will be here to keep motivating you every step of the way. Grab a friend and join us! You can do it! Every week there’s one Treadmill Workout (optional outdoor 3mile run/walk/jog),  3 Cross-Training Workouts that you can do at home (Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, Bootcamp, Yoga, Sculpting) and one Gym Workout (optional at home sculpting workout). 

The variety & various methods of training will challenge your body to help you achieve incredible results. All levels are welcome, beginner to advanced. In this challenge there are 5 workouts a week. Open up your calendar and schedule you workouts to best fit you life. Nothing to it but to do it!
