BLAST THE BELLY FAT!

Yes, you do have to eat healthy to burn the fat off of your belly. You must have more calories going out and fewer calories coming in. Yes calories do count!

So often we know details of our favorite designer, celebrity, sporting team, song or book but we have no idea what is in the food that we eat from the calories to the chemicals. This is why over 60% of the American population is either overweight or obese and heart disease is the number one killer with cancer being a close second. It’s time to stop mindless eating and educate ourselves, our children and our families about the food that we are eating. Nutrition matters and calories do count.

There are 3,500 calories in one pound of fat, so you need to be eating 500 fewer calories (calorie negative) than what you burn daily (daily active metabolic rate) to lose one pound of fat a week.

If your daily active metabolic rate is 2,500 calories per day, then you should be eating 2,000 calories a day (of good quality food, whole foods, preferably organic without chemicals, from the earth not man made)  to burn off one pound of fat in a week.

All of the daily recipes inside The Hollywood Trainer Club display the accurate calorie counts so you can be accountable and learn proper calorie intake. It may seem like a challenge at first but when you start to pay attention to the amount of calories and the nutritional counts in your food you will learn them quite quickly. We often repeat our favorite meals and you will become a pro at knowing the nutritional counts of your favorite meals from Baked Lemon Herb Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Broccolini to a Tuna Pita Sandwich.

The truth is you also need to be doing core exercises, because it’s the synergy of a great training program and a great meal plan that delivers an incredible core and defined abs. Core focused cardio, total body toning and specific core defining exercises will absolutely help you blast the fat off of your belly.

The core is a group of muscles just like any other area in your body, and you must train them if you want them to improve with better strength, tone, endurance and flexibility.


AB BLAST Challenge!

To help you blast the fat off of your belly we have put together a 10 DAY AB BLAST challenge on Tuesday, September 8th! All of the workouts, healthy recipe guidelines and AB BLAST fat burning tips will be posted in the “Motivation” and “News Section” of The Hollywood Trainer Club. These workouts are guaranteed to deliver results. It starts with only 10mins a day so no excuses even if you only have a few minutes you can still squeeze a workout in. Follow the “Weekly Meal Plans” in The Hollywood Trainer Club and you will be eating the healthy meals required  for fat burning. Let’s go!
