Taking the best moves from her four principle workouts, (Kickboxing-Bootcamp, Cardio Sculpt, Yoga and Pilates) Jeanette brings you a time-saving routine, that challenges all five components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body composition (increase of lean body mass/ decrease of body fat). You’ll start by elevating your heart rate and getting your body sweating with 20 minutes of Kickboxing and Sculpting. You’ll then move into 20 minutes of Pilates and Flow Yoga, challenging your stability, getting deep muscle recruitment and lengthening your muscles. The routine ends with a well-deserved 5-minute stretch. If you’re running short on time, you can do the first 20 minutes (Kickboxing/Sculpting) in the morning, which will boost your metabolism and help you burn more calories throughout the day, and then do the second 20 minutes (Yoga/Pilates) in the evening, which will help you release stress and calm your mind for a good night’s rest.
